CYHP Series Multi-cylinder Hydraulic Cone Crusher

Compared with spring cone crushers and ordinary hydraulic cone crushers, CYHP series multi-cylinder hydraulic cone crushers have greater superiorities:

1. Adopting the unique design of eccentric sleeve rotating around fixed shaft, it strengthens the main shaft strength and lays a foundation for high-power crushing. Meanwhile, the specially designed crushing cavity based on inter-particle laminating crushing principle together with matched rotating speed greatly improves crushing ratio and output, and increases the cubic particle content of finished materials.

2. In case of iron passing-in and instantaneous stall, the machine can lift up hydraulically and discharge materials automatically. It avoids frequent shutdown and manual discharging required by traditional spring cone crushers, simplifying maintenance and cutting operating costs.

3. Equipped with hydraulic adjustment system and thin oil lubrication system, as well as effective labyrinth sealing structure, it fundamentally eliminates common faults such as oil-water mixing existing in traditional spring cone crushers.

4. Both mantle and concave are made of high manganese steel. Optimized crushing cavity structure and material layer protection during laminating crushing effectively reduce wear loss of wear parts.

5. Flexible in application. For SK.D series cone crushers, users can freely switch crushing cavity types from standard coarse crushing type to short-head super fine crushing type simply by replacing concave liners, mantle liners and heightening seats.

6. Easy to operate. The discharge opening can be adjusted under load via hydraulic motor, which optimizes crushing performance and realizes stable balanced production.
