Casting Workshop
The facility is equipped with one self-hardening resin sand line, one clay sand line, and one lost foam production line. It also houses one 0.5-ton medium frequency induction furnace, one 2-ton medium frequency induction furnace, one 2-ton vacuum refining furnace, one 5-ton medium frequency induction furnace, and one 10-ton holding furnace.
Machine processing workshop We have 150 sets of cold processing equipment, including CNC machining centers, gantry milling machines, vertical machining centers, horizontal machining centers, 8-meter CNC floor-standing drills, and double-column vertical lathes.
